How can Photoshop help enhance photos?

Developing Raw Images- to develop a raw image in photoshop you need to open it in photoshop

Perfecting Colors- Select The First Area You Want To Work On. Add A Photo Filter Adjustment Layer. Choose The Color You Want To Tint The Selected Area With. Add The Second Photo Filter Adjustment Layer. Select The Color You Want To Use.

This image was a raw image that I imported into photoshop for editing.I perfected the color on the sky to and the color of the building.
